  You can look into Omega Fatty Acids. This helps with skin and coat as will with the immune system.

  You might be able to use these recipes.Doggie Cookies3 jars (2 1/2 oz.) beef or chicken baby food1/4 cup
  dry powder milk1/4 cup wheat germ or cream of wheatCombine all ingredients in bowl and mix well...

  Have you looked into making doggie treats. That away you can control what goes into the treats. Maybe
  come up with something to hide the medication in.
