- I am an animal welfare advocate and behavioral trainer for both horses and dogs. I have a daughter and three pups of my own. Gonzo is a 7 year old Australian Shepherd, Mama Mia is a 7 year old Pit Mix, and Lolli is a 4 year old Papihuahua (Papillon/Chi). rnrnCurrently developing a non-profit organization - StoryDogs - with a 2 part process to 1) pull dogs who pass a stringent temperament test that would otherwise be euthanized, and 2) train and provide them as therapy/service dogs to veterans afflicted with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury.
