good food choices ???

i now have both my 9 week old pittie and 8 yr old maltese on natural balance and nutro ultra... romeo gets the natural balance premium dry kibble w/ sum nutro ultra big breed puppy canned food. sammy also gets the nb only his nutro ultra is the senior formula... i just wanted to ask around and make sure both these dog food are good wholesome foods to be feeding my babies...

You can definitely get better quality food around for the same price. Mine was on Nutro Ultra for awhile but had allergies and did not do well on it at all so I switched to California Natural by Natura (same price as Nutro Ultra but had better ingredients). Her allergies stopped and she's looking much healthier and better. But I would say go for whatever works for your dogs. If they are doing well on it, then stick to it.

I purchased the new natural Nutro for Ava and she developed a rash on her leg so I stopped using that. You would think with some natural they would not develope allergies.
