Help!

we are getting ready to take 2 pups out to a lady for possible adoption. we gave both pups a bath about half an hour ago, everything was good. getting ready to go, one of the poups (scarlet) was going poo, so i clapped my hands to startle her to put her by the paper. now she has a bit of poo sticking out and it looks like hemorroids, (or maybe her anal glands???) anyways, do we rush her to a vet, leave it alone, or try to push it back in????

well, apparantly the vet didnt think it was a real big deal. he said to put a cold compress on it :shrug:

I'D GET A STOOL SAMPLE TO THE VET AND ALSO GET THEM THEIR SHOTS THEN ALSO, IF THEY HAVE NOT HAD THEM
