It is an incredibly sad dog movie and I cry every time, but is there anything better than Old Yeller?

Way too sad! For me, it is definitely 101 Dalmations. Such fun. I have watched it a thousand times.

The Shaggy DA. That movie used too make me laugh so much. A dog as a lawyer is so silly. It sounds like such a cliche, but they don't make movies like that anymore.

Where the red fern grows is a great read, I havent seen the movie though. I'm not so sure I want to, its such a sad read I can only imagine seeing it :(

Old Yeller (it's a must see)
Where the Red Fern Grows
Turner & Hooch (who can't love a big slobbering Dogue de Bordeaux?)
Homeward Bound (gotta love Chance!)

I am a bit impartial since I have dog's out of Rattler, AKA Chance, but Homeward Bound is my favorite. Great topic!

sandlot..it reminds me of when i was a kid and didnt want to get my own balls out of the neighbors yard.
