I can't get my selected profile picture to show in the forum. It shows in the edit profile picture section. Help!?!

No, I see it saved in my profile. I have pictures in my gallery. But it does not show up under my name in posts.

That is called your avatar. You have to upload an avatar as well. Your profile pic and avatar are two different images.
