Please Help!

I am sure I have the strangest dog, maybe in the world.
She is 5 months old and called Sophie. She is a Cavlier King Charles Spaniel.
She is an extrovert, I am at my witts end, as she has so much energy she should have been a Jack Russell :confused:

She has been to puppy school, fat lot that did!!
She bites and lics all the time:eek: well. chews..
Hardley ever comes when she is called, races around the house with her toys.
Moves so fast I can hardley keep up with....get the picture??

Has anyone else experience a Cavvy like her!??
