My pup got neutered late last year, approx 3 months ago. He still has a little, what looks to be, stitch. It sticks out just a little and is hard to the touch. I called the vet and they told me it's normal, it will go away in a few more weeks but it's been months since he had the surgery. Is this normal or should I seek another vet? It's not infected looking or anything, just a little black protrusion.

Yep, one of my boys has the same thing (although his is not black). Worried me too at first, but it's nothing. Just basically a little scar tissue/adhesion type thing.
