I'm new here but some will recognize me as Bambi from other sites. Since you have last seen me, I have had a major operation, lost my job, found a new job, lost my beloved dog Shae (sheltie) and last of all I have become a new grandmom. A very young, vibrant, beautiful one but still a grandmom. My daughter gave birth to a baby girl 3 weeks ago...Karlee Alyse is her name.
Amidst the wonderful birth alas was a death also. I had to have my beautiful sheltie Shae put down. I still have a great dog Jack and two kitties PITA and Beeper. I'm sure I will probably find room for another dog as soon as Jack stops grieving over the death of his friend.
This seems to be a very nice site and I wish the Admins all the luck in the world making it a success.
I have made some very strong friendships through dog forums.
