Scottish Terrier

I just adopted a 10 month old scottish terrier from the spca. He is the sweetist boy.
I was wondering if anyone had information on this breed. His personality, health issues etc.
He appears not to be friendly with other dogs. But loves all people to death.

Scotties are not friendly with other dogs,,the key word here is TERRIER,,they can be runners if they can get out,,they have the longest teeth I have ever seen when I cut their nails,,they hate it. I like them.

I have seen a lot of dogs who are not suppose to be friendly with other dogs who are.
The nails do seem to grow fast.
My dog loves to be groomed.
You do not live in a dog house unless your spouse makes you.:p
