Another good one is Barking Mad on Animal Planet. The show does not focus on only dogs, but looks at behavior problems in a bunch of different animals. I would supply the show time, but it seems to be on rather sporadically so you'll jst have to keep an eye out for it if you're interested!

You guys should also check out his dvd if you can. I just received mine in the mail today and started watching it when I went home at lunch to let out my pup. It's very good from what I've seen so far. Also, another good video is from Tenderfoot Training. They use all positive training techniques and focus on creating a positive relationship of respect and trust. Cesar's video I think is good to watch first as it deals more with the psychology and behavior of why dogs do what they do, and understanding your role. While the Tenderfoot video focuses more on teaching commands once your role is understood. Another good site is Dog's Best Friend. Patricia McDonnell wrote the book "The Other End of the Leash," which I just finished reading. Another excellent source of insight into the psychology of dogs, and the power of body language in communicating with them. She also offers books and videos as well. Anyway, hope these help anyone who is interested.

A big thumbs-up on Cesar Millan!

I highly recommend his philosophies, his show, and his DVD. I've been to one of his seminars, and can't wait for his book to come out.

This season of the "Dog Whisperer" is really good. Even better than last year.

I don't get the NG channel so I have'nt seen too many episodes of the dog whisperer.

I second the recommendations on Patricia McConnell's material. I have her book, some of her booklets and several of her DVD's which I think are wonderful.
