thanksgiving we found 2 kittens on the side of the road someone just dumped them and all the cat things and kept them and one still wont stop nurseing on stuff:mad: it's annoying because he leaves drool spots on stuff ,and when we found them they were prob just barely weaned. how do we get him to stop? kirby the one who nurses was such a loveing cat now he wont hardly ever let me pet him. and the other cat sace is a good cat but he wont take no for a answer when u cant hold him and he has one extra toe on each foot.

He probably won't...My friend had a cat with the same problem...He died at 9 and still nursed...

that sucks:( .it's gross to go to use a blanket and there be a big wet spot on it. was your friends cat normal when it came to being cuddly, kirby wont hardly let anyone pet him they when u pet him, he trys to run away like we're hitting her or something. but when we first found he we thought he was calico ,but he doesn't really look like it now, but he acts like a calico

He was kinda like, LET ME GO! He was a good cat, but it was annoying and most people just kinda let him do his own thing. He would let them pet him, and some wouldn't mind the shirt sucking, but if they tried to cuddle him, he'd run off.

well the most kirdy likes is to rub up against my leg, other than that he doesn't care unless he rarely likesto be pet like a normal cat, the weird thing is his bother sace makes u pet him.one loves to much and the other need to love more.i'm just glad he doesn't do it as much as he did when we first got him.
at first we would try to act like a cat and hiss if he would try to nurse but all he does in lay still and hope u would stop paying attention long enough for him to try it again.
