Time has not made it easier. I think of you each day.
The house is way too empty. The floor still creaks, where you used to lay.
I miss your slobbery kisses, and the affection in your eyes.
No dog will ever replace you. You're just too special a guy!
But I know your parting's not the end... We WILL meet again, one day.
You, with a tennis ball in your mouth, and me, the one wanting to play!
So, save a seat for me, sweet Kaiser, someday, it will be "US" again!
