:) The dogs favorite toys are Me, my husband and my daughter. The cats favorite toys are wagging dog tails. I hope I responded correctly....I know a bunch about animals.....but computers.....not so much.

Ben's favorite toys are tires (small wheelbarrow(sp) ones) I pick them up at TSC and he loves them.

Maddie doesn't really play with toys, though she has recently started to get interested in "fetch" it's more to fetch Ben than the tires. ;) lol

He'll play with anything though, the tires seem to be my favorite as well. Actually only because, they last for quite some time instead of just a few minutes.

Tino never had toys and we had to teach him how to play. He loves Cuz toys that squeek and they're tough enough to stand up to his strong jaws (he's a dobe) He also loves chew bones, nylabones, tug rings and tugs.

Schumi, the cocker, likes softer latex toys that squeek, bones and tugs.

Oh ! and the best investment I've ever made for bored dogs are those treat cubes. Keeps them occupied for hours!

Hi!
I am new here, and I have a PUG named PRINCESS!
She is 3 years old, and Loves squeeky toys! :D

Princess invented squeeking, and she Loves to push her toys against your leg to make it squeek, and pick them up, with her little mouth and shake them like crazy and make her toys fly across the room, and sometimes down the stairs!
Princess is crazy about squeek!

My Toy Fox Terrier loves balls, frisbees, and any squeeky latex toy. He is the only dog I've ever had who plays with latex toys.

My Golden/Poodle mix loves stuffed animals. When she was young she played vertical fetch- I'd toss the toy in the air and she would jump up and snatch it out of the air. Now that she is 15, she goes to the toy basket, gets a baby, carries it around awhile then she takes it to her bed, they are her security/ I can tell how insecure she has been on a particular day by how many babies are on her bed.

Henry and Lucy love all stuffed squeeky toys.

For some reason Lucy (95 pound lab) likes the smallest of toys and Henry (15 pound JRT mix) loves the big toys.

Henry's favorite is the kitty:

Reggie loves her Cuz. She also likes braided ropes and frisbeees.
Winston used to love tennis balls and frisbees, but since he lost his sight he plays very little:(

My lhaso apso terrier mix zero loves his little jack. Remember the jacks you play with in school this looks like one of those but its about 3 in tall and made out of tennis ball material. He loves it because it's easy for his little mouth to pick up and it bouces kind or eratically.:p :D

There are days I am not sure if Quin likes toys or stealing things more. When he "steals" something and thinks he is getting away with it..his head goes up, carrying the trophy, the tail is straight up waving like a flag, and he trots ever so proudly through the house. I wasn't home the day the girls said he grabbed the yardstick, but got stuck trying to go into the living room because it was too wide. :p KB has a video of his first play session with a ball, but if I really had to choose, I'd say the gingerbread man squeek toy is his favorite.

Rusty has never been much for toys, he was 9 when we got him and snuggling has always been his thing, despite the endless hours and huge number of toys he had in our quest to find something he might like to play with.

Well, we have found a toy that Winston loves!! He will push a basketball around the back yard with his nose for hours!! He loses it sometimes and we guide him to it and he just starts to puch again. He barks at it. It is so funny to watch him:D It is nice to see him playing again--even if his nose gets filthy from the dirt in the yard:rolleyes:
Hopefully, this will help him lose a bit of weight.

Our puppies love to play with just about anything. They only want one toy between them so that they can taunt and chase each other with it. They like my fuzzy slippers so that had to get quenched. They are good learners. The latest fun toy was a tennis ball that they near chopped in half, finally with all of the tugging, it split. Now it is not as fun due to there being two halves! Crazy kids.:p
My late Dakota loved the "monkey" toy with the squeakers in alternating limbs, belly and head. He would have the brightest look when I pulled that out of a shopping bag! Sweet lovable dog he was.

Lucy loves socks, lol, perhaps it is not the best idea for a toy but she somehow knows that the ones on human feet are off limits. It has caused my kids to keep their clothes picked up!

She also likes those braided rope toys, especially if there is some type of stuffed animal on one end.

I was starting to pack the other day and gave Reggie a cardboard box to play with. She played for 2 hours, throwing it around, ripping it apart, and then the dreaded shredding part.:p Took me almost 2 hours to clean up the mess :D
She had so much fun with it though, it was worth the mess.:)

We got this ball at Cabella's Sports Store. They have a great section for sporting dogs. This is after 2 years of hard play. Barely a scratch.

My adopted dog doesn't know how to play with toys. In fact, she's afraid of some of them...especially the squeaky ones :( I've tried but she shows absolutely no interest. If I roll a ball in her direction, she runs away! LOL!!

Hi! I would start your adopted dog who is afraid with something very small but not small enough that the dog can swallow. My Nicky would not deal with any toys until I had his teeth done- So I would also look at the teeth just in case something is going on their. Now Nicky since he had his teeth done likes toys but only real soft ones. I play with the toys first then he gets interested and isnt afraid.

I had to laugh about the box that Reggie played with sounds like RIo- He is fascinated with the toilet paper roll one all the toilet paper is gone. He just runs around the house with it. Doesnt tear it just another diffrent toy he likes for a while them out in the garbage it goes. Real cheap in exspensive toy.:D

I had her teeth checked when we were at the vet today. They are ok, it seems. I'm thinking maybe my poor Ginger never had anyone play with her before or she never had any toys and just didn't know how to play with them. Maybe that's a blessing in disguise cos' my son's toys are EVERYWHERE and she doesn't touch any of them! :) Her focus is so much on us and she doesn't really care much for anything else right now. She seems happy and contented though. Just wish she would have something to keep her occupied if we're not home. She would not even get her treats from a kong! hahaha.

Well to me as long as she seems happy then I wouldnt worry about toys. Yes a good thing if your Son has lots of toys. Mine think every toy they see is theirs.:D

Chiefs favourite toys are balls and anything else you can throw for him. Bo has a toy bone she chews, rolls on etc and gets very jealous when we use it with Chief to play fetch even though they share the toy.:)

I love reading about all the dogs and their favorite toys :) For Lily, her favoritie toy is Daddy's socks! (whether they are on his feet or not!) She likes to try to tug them off his feet while he is sitting down, and if he gets up to walk around the house, she chases him, nipping and barking at his feet. She's a riot.

My puppy loves this little stuffed bunny I bought for her at a dollar store... It’s the same size of her, and she loves nothing more than ripping it open and pulling all the stuffing out!! I think I might need to switch it out for a new one soon; the poor bunny just looks pitiful!
The crazy thing is it was only a dollar, and I've bought her all these fancy dog toys with special squeakers and special pulley type things, from the fancy dog stores ... she won't give them a second glance.. its all about the one dollar bunny.... figures!

For Callie - A tennis ball, plain and simple! I swear, I should just get a machine to throw it for her... after 45 minutes she still keeps going!

For Zero - Normally, anything that Callie is playing with at the moment. On the rare occassions when he does want to play with a toy instead of us or with Callie, then he likes stuff that squeeks or that he can bring to us to play tug with.

zeke loves his squeeky chessburger at the moment but i don't give it long till he destroys that, he already destroyed his squeeky hot dog. he likes things that are stuffed including our pillows :(... and ropes and towels to play tug of war... and a great obsession with balls.
lilly usually sticks to the cow hoofs, and bones... and when she feels a little frisky zeke's ankles!
