Flea collars

Do flea collars help at all or are they just a gimmick?

U use frontline too. I tried the collars and what the vet said it just kkeps the fleas away from their head. Frontline is absorbed into their body. Anyway to many stories of bad reactions from flea collars on some dogs. Also my Rio is allergic to them.

I take a holistic approach to animal care and personally refuse to put any chemicals on my pets.

I do add garlic to my pets diet, in addition to that I have also used a homemade rosemary rinse or a lemon rinse.

The first and best defense for fleas, ticks, and other gross parasites infesting our pets is to ensure a healthy immune system by feeding an appropriate diet.
