Random Question....

How many of you have your dogs in your will?

I was thinking about a case we studied in school where the owners dog was left everything. The woman who died had children and a living husband, but everything was in her name and was passed to the family dog.

Really interesting case study, ended up the dog died before the case ever really got too involved, but it was more or less meant to get students thinking.

Anyway, how many of you have your dogs or other animals in your will? We have ours in our will, but only as being left to someone in the event of our death. They don't get anything... lol.

We just have the dogs going to the same person as our kids, hey they are family too. And the kids get the money so it would cover the dogs too i would hope.

See, I would think it is weird if you left everything TO the dog...

I think it is a great idea to have them in your will, especially since they are not just regular property - but living and breathing animals.
