Legislation and News section

I just created a legislation and news section. I keep hearing about more and more towns banning certain breeds so thought it would be helpful to those who are in a city that is being effect to give us information on who to write in office about it.

Thanks keith, we could really use it, I post most of the news on our site, so I'll start adding it here too ;) I'll post up some info when I get a few mins :)
