Help us name our dog!

Ok, we now have Tori's littermate. He is a nine month old male great dane/ german shepherd mix. He needs a name! We are out of ideas, we have a Tori, a Tasha, and a Loki. I'd love to get ideas, and maybe we'll pick finalists and take a vote on a name for this big boy!
(oh, and in the pics Tori is the smaller brindle with a black mask!)

Saw an ad in the local classified paper: 9 month old Dane/Shepherd mix free to good home. Had to call because how many litters of dane/shepherds were born 9 months ago. Found out that the husband had brought him home, tied him in the woods by a choke collar (tied out from 6 weeks!!!) he's a trucker and away most of the time. Kids won't play with him, wife fed him daily but that's the only attention he recieved. She couldn't stand seeing him tied out back there anymore, she knew it wasn't good for him. I had my trainer go take a look at him (the lady wanted him gone asap and after dark so she could tell the kids he ran away, I was stuck at work). Trainer picked him up and only then did the lady mention he's agressive twards men. He's got a few issues, but he's definately the same litter- right down to the Bitchs owner planing to drown the pups if no one took them.
Wonder how many more will end up homeless before they reach 1 year?

I'm glad you happened to see the ad for him. He is very pretty, as is Tori too.

Lucy was another of those "free to good homes" pups. Her mother was a chocolate lab that was unspayed and allowed to run loose since they lived in a rural area after all. Father was unknown. The puppies were never once in a house and were literally covered in fleas and some I could see ticks as well.

I still have the mother dog's owner info and I sent them an email about a month ago with current pictures of Lucy as well as the fact that her spay date is Oct 20th (hint, hint, but they prob didn't get it) and I asked if they heard from any of the other puppy owners. I think there were 11 in her litter if I remember correctly. They sent me a short email saying they are glad to see her so loved and no they didn't hear from anyone else, but they are "sure" those puppies are "just fine". If only that was the truth.
