I took my 1yr old Deer Chihuahua to our vet and she did a skin scraping to see what these pink bite like spots on Gizmos body might be?? Well she informed us the misroscope revealed they were not flea,mite,scabie or sacoprtic mange related.She gthen wnated us to go to a dog dermatologist. I proceeded to tak Gizzy home. He is not scratching them but very rarely. I have since made another appointment with another vet and will not let this one take another scraping for I have the report from the last vet and the test last time for the avtial scraping was $91.00 PHEW!!!Doggie Insurance Here I Come!!Anyway has anyone ever heard of anything like this.Also, he was rubbing hbis neck into the grass after what I think is smelling another dogs pee or some other odor wher he has rubbed the skin has fallen off.He got a growth where he was rubbing the vet also scraped that spot and said she had nevrer in her 10yr as a vet ever seen anything like that???Any ideas??????
