we wwere out snapping photos of our dogs yesterday and my wife got this one...Glad it wasnt me because she looks a tad bit upset t the camera person..lol...look at those eyes..

Lol, that is hysterical. What was going on there? Sometimes you just catch a pose and they really are horsing around! Or was she?

the pup loves me,but i wonder if she wouldnt secretly not want my wife out of the way(she is taking the pics lol)and get all my attention..lol

That is the thing about husky eyes. They have more expression, esp when they are horsing around. Doesn't look like the dog is going toward her, but around her/ at least from the angle of the camera shot. She does look angry though. What did your wife say?

How is the wolfy mixes doing??

Saw a great program (on Animal planet) about raising wolfs. They are kind of wiley looking as babies, all brown/black colors..then they get beautiful coats. They used a female German Shepard as a surrogate mom. Then, the mom and the sister were reunited with them. They were worried that the sister(alpha type) might be tough on them as she killed the father. But turned out that she was good. Fascinating how they love puppies, you hear about how they just adopt them quite readily. They let them eat first and step back while the babies chow down!
