Good dog food for Yorkies???

Any suggestions? We started with Purina Bites, switched to Royal Canine and now Solid Gold. He liked all three in the beginning, and then lost interest. We switched to Solid Gold because we noticed he started scratching alot, flaking and his fur was not shiny. Solid Gold helped but now he doesn't want to eat anymore. Any recommendations?

They aren't supposed to love their food. Then they would over eat. As long as your dog is eatting close to what it says for it's size on the back of the package i wouldn't worry. Just keep it on solid gold. That's a very good food as long as it isn't giving you any stool or other health problems.

The problem is he won't eat it at all. Should we switch again?

how long was he on it? and how long hasn't he eatten it? and do you give table scraps or anything else like alot of treats or something?

If you have had this problem alot you probably will his whole life. Just leave him he will eventally eat. If you keep catering to him this will never end.
