Alright so not to long ago I got a Cockapoo puppy from a local breeder. He's 12 weeks now and I've noticed he's frequently sneezing. I think it may be a sign of the sniffles but I'm not sure if I should take him to the vet just yet. Any suggestions?

I would call your vet to see what they say.

Does the puppy have any other symptoms? Eating/drinking/pottying normally? Is there any discharge from the eyes or nose? if so, what color is it? What is his energy level like? How long has the sneezing been going on? From day one, or did it just pop up?

I haven't noticed any other symptons that I've found unusual. Behavioraly and physically he seems fine. Sneezing is the only thing I'm noticing. I've seen no sign of the sneezing be less frequent, and it's been going on from day one.
Could be the dog is allergic to something in his environment. If it has been more than a few days why not bring your baby to the vet and see if he/she can't narrow it down for you. A check-up is a good way to get a baseline down for the little guys health anyways.

without any of those other symptoms present it doesn't sound like it's an emergency situation, but the only way to find out what's bugging him is to take him to the vet. good luck!
How is the sneezing?

One of my schnauzers started frequent sneezing in the spring for a couple of weeks. I took her in to the vet, who thought it was allergies & wanted me to give her benadryl, but I didn't try it since it makes her too drowsy. It was pollen that caused all of us to sneeze - it was coating the ground. I used a wet wash cloth on her nose & beard (ever see a schnauzer that wasn't sniffing everything...) and it cleared up in a couple of days.
Then a few weeks ago she was sneezing, and she had a dried stem up her nose! Upon removal she was fine. I always check, and if I have questions I call the vet or take them in.
A co-worker had a sneezing dog and found out it was an imbedded foxtail up the nostril! Very bad because they get infected.
